the time has come for some members who have earned the trust, unwavering dedication, respect and love among others and the clan itself to step up and take responsibility/authority. we have talked it over and we did take "how long he/she been in the clan" as a factor as well. We don't want anyone to be discouraged because there will be 1 last promotions after this and we'd like you to keep your heads up xD meaning try to fulfill the above requirements and your time will come.
